Join us for an enriching experience with our Mindfulness Collective tailored for Pre-Health students. Every Tuesday at 5pm, we gather to cultivate mindfulness through a variety of engaging activities. Delve into meditation, immersive close reading, profound listening, and thoughtful discussion. Elevate your well-being while connecting with like-minded peers. And, explore the role of the mind/body connection in human health through readings and discussions.
