Mini-Meditation Retreats

CALM Studies hosts monthly mini-meditation retreats throughout the semester. Typically, these will be two hours and will consist of several short practices, thoughtful discussion, and a shared, homecooked vegetarian meal.

 
 
  • No! We are very beginner-friendly. Most meditation practices will be between 3-15 minutes and will be guided by one of our Student Leaders.

  • Please include details on these restrictions when you RSVP. We will do our best to bring something that you can happily eat.
