Greetings!

My name is David Duong, and I am pursuing a major in Political Science with a minor in Asian Studies. My journey into contemplative practices began during my junior year of high school. I was fortunate to have an exceptional psychology and sociology teacher who introduced me to mindful breathing. Under his guidance, I delved into the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and developed a keen interest in mindfulness practices.

Incorporating these practices into my daily life has been immensely beneficial. I've experienced reduced stress levels, a heightened sense of calmness, and improved concentration. Furthermore, I've gained deeper self-awareness, fostering a more metacognitive approach to understanding myself.
